This remodel was a fun challenge from the start—we were the third contractor brought on, taking over a project that had already been gutted with no clear roadmap of previous work performed by unfamiliar subs. Despite the hurdles, we tackled a full transformation, including a brand-new kitchen, a reworked primary bathroom, structural updates, and the conversion of a former attic storage space into a new guest bathroom.

The owner’s modern and tasteful finish selections brought the home beautifully into the present day, making it completely unrecognizable from the ‘before’ photos. The end result is a stunning, refreshed space that feels brand new!
